Dana White and his wife Anne Stella got into a physical altercation in a club in Mexico during a new year’s Eve party. As per the reports, Dana White and his Wife Anne White were partying in El Squid Roe in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, when the couple had a heated argument resulting in both slapping each other.

A video published by TMZ showed Anne White slapping Dana White when he leans in to say something. However, in retaliation UFC President Dana slapped his wife twice before the people present there separated them. As per the reports, the people present there who witnessed this unfortunate incident said that both Dana White and his wife were highly intoxicated which resulted in things going wild instantly.

Why did Dana White Slap his Wife?

In an interview with TMZ after the unholy incident, Dana White said that he is one of those guys who have always said for years that there is never ever an excuse for a guy to put his hands on a woman but unfortunately he did it too and for which he is really embarrassed.  Moreover, Dana said on TMZ that he and his wife Anne have known each other since they were almost 12 years old and have been married for almost 30 years, and have three kids together which makes the incident even more embarrassing for us as a parent.

According to Dana White, he and his wife Anne are more concerned about their kids right now than anything else. Dana said that since the video popped up, they have shown the video to their kids and told them everything about it. Dana said that he and his wife Anne are more focused on our family right now.

Besides, Dana White said that there was a lot of alcohol involved, and we were both highly drunk during the incident, but there is no excuse. He said that people are going to have their opinions on this, especially on me for putting my hands on my wife and whatever people do say, it’s deserved, I deserve it. Dana also said that he and his wife Anne White have apologized to each other and have also apologized to our kids. He said we are concerned about our kids right now and taking care of our family.

Anne White’s Statement after slapping her husband Dana White

Anne White has also issued a statement after the slapping incident and came to the defense of her husband Dana White. She said that she and Dana White have been married for 30 years now and that they both share a beautiful bond. She said that during their 30 years of being together, nothing like this has ever happened before.

According to Anne White, they both were drinking too much on New Year’s Eve and things got out of control on both sides in no time. She also said that she and Dana White have talked this through as a family and have apologized to each other. I hope people will respect our privacy for the sake of our kids, she added.

Dana White’s past comments have come back to haunt him in no time after he was caught slapping his wife Anne White on New Year’s Eve. UFC President Dana White in 2019 said that there is one thing that you never bounce back from, which is putting your hands on women. Been that way in the UFC since we started here, you don’t bounce back from putting your hands on a woman, he added.
